He loves nothing more than seeing businesses grow and teams thrive, and he brings that passion to every project.

Growing up in a small town near the Cincinnati area taught Tejay the value of hard work, loyalty, and resilience. These early lessons eventually led him to serve in the US Army National Guard, including a deployment to Kosovo from 2004 to 2005, before he transitioned into his second passion: business and numbers. He earned a BBA in Accounting, an MBA in Operations Management, and several certifications along the way.

Over the past 16+ years, Tejay has honed his skills in the manufacturing world, mastering P&L management, internal controls, and operational efficiency—all while keeping an eye on profitability. Today, he brings that hands-on expertise to business consulting through Valor Accounting LLC, launched in 2024. His goal is simple: offer down-to-earth, tailored guidance that helps you grow your business and reclaim your time.

When he’s not busy helping companies succeed, Tejay enjoys getting his hands dirty with vintage cars, vacationing, hunting, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids. And nothing brings him more joy than empowering others to build a lasting future through genuine advice and a warm, approachable style.
